Every night, the ship sets sail from Midtown, treating guests to a two-hour cruise around the Statue Of Liberty before returning to its dock. Far from a run-of-the-mill tourist boat, Fish Bar lays claim to a high-end cocktail program and food featuring locally-sourced ingredients. Green Olive created a brand that features nautical references, presented in a modern way, reflecting the fresh, upscale vibe of the incomparable setting.
