Opening a clasically-inspired steakhouse at The Battery at SunTrust Park, home of the Atlanta Braves, may pose a challenge—unless of course you have the vision of James Beard award-winning chef Linton Hopkins and his wife Gina. Green Olive was tasked with moving the C. Ellet’s brand towards a second incarnation, centered on a new easygoing personality that would function alongside the original identity. Inspired by Chef Hopkins’ love of New Orleans’ French Quarter and the concept’s stadium location, we honed-in on a celebration of America’s favorite pastime and bistro dining traditions. Elements such as handpainted murals speak to iconic signage of NOLA, while menus reference vintage memorabilia such as baseball cards and tickets. Our solution is intuitive, tasteful and timeless, appealing to sports enthusiasts and foodies alike.
