Located dowtown in the historic PSFS building, the Loews Philadelphia Hotel underwent an extensive lobby renovation and food & beverage overhaul in early 2014. While the hotel’s previous restaurant was met with great buzz and excitement upon opening, this initial interest had fizzled over the years amongst both hotel guests and locals alike. Loews sought to revitalize the dining experience it offered through an approachable, independent concept that could compete within the Center City neighborhood’s rapidly evolving culinary landscape.
