Loews Hotels approached Green Olive Media with another property restaurant in need of a full rebrand. Once they landed on a name with strong historical significance, the rest of the process seemed to fall into place. The Seattle team wanted a concept that honored the Pacific Northwest and the region’s  comittment to quality seafood. Since the “All Water” trade route  from the Pacific Northwest to Alaska once created a legacy of in-demand seafood, it seemed like a natural fit.

In a market saturated with competing seafood restaurants, Green Olive aimed to create a brand for All Water that simultaneously honored the past, while elevating it with intentional modern touches. All Water’s design and branding obtained its primary influences from vintage seafood packaging and nautical signage. By combining vintage inspired type choices with historical imagery, Green Olive successfully assisted All Water in revealing itself as Seattle’s new tradition.
