• A designer with a graphic design focused undergraduate degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ branding and agency experience required
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• A leader who is able to take ownership over their work while executing multiple projects from conception to completion
• An effective communicator that is able to take constructive feedback with a positive attitude
• Skilled at executing deadline driven projects in a fast paced working environment
• Able to confidently lead meetings and calls when required and directly communicate with clients while maintaining a professional and personable demeanor
• Experienced with vendor coordination and print production
• Informed about design trends, typography, layout and hierarchy with an acute attention to detail
• Capable of translating print designs to digital platforms (social media and front end web development)
